Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the sixth respondent to conduct an enquiry as per Section 83 of the Registration Act.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the sixth respondent to conduct an enquiry as per Section 83 of the Registration Act.

2. The petitioners are challenging the sale deed executed by the respondents 7 to 10 in favour of the eleventh respondent in respect of the property belonged to the petitioners' grandfather. The petitioners lodged a complaint before the first respondent dated 24.09.021. However, the petitioners have failed to lodge a complaint before the concerned District Registrar.

3. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners are directed to submit a complaint/representation before the concerned District Registrar showing respondents 7 to 11 and other purchasers, if any in the complaint, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the same, the concerned District Registrar is directed to conduct enquiry, after issuance of notice to the petitioners and the respondents 7 to 11 and other purchasers, if any and after giving an opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks thereafter.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
