This Criminal original petition is filed to transfer the Crime No.108 of 2013 against Respondent/Accused No.1 to 3 from the office of the 4th respondent to Central Bureau of Investigation, Joint Director and Head of Zone, IIIrd Floor, E.V.K. Sampath Building, College Road, Chennai - 600 006.

2. It is brought to the notice of the Court by the Additional Public Prosecutor Mr.P.Govindarajan that the complaint in Crime No.108 of 2013 which is sought to be transferred to Central Bureau of Investigation in this petition, is quashed by this Court on 15.07.2016 in Crl. O.P. No.9088 of 2013.

3.In view of the order passed by this Court in Crl. O.P. No.9088 of 2013 dated 15.07.2016, the cause of action of the present petition does not survive. Hence, this petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
