Respondents Prayer : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to dispose the representation dated 29.01.2019 of the petitioner on merits which was given to remove encroachment made in the lay-out Road leading to Plot No.8 at Vetri Nagar Layout comprised in Survey No.121/2 and 152/1 of Thirumullaivoyil Village, Avadi Taluk and Thiruvallur District within a stipulated time.
