PETITION under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the entire records in pursuant to the rejection order issued by the 3rd respondent vide Lr.No.F. UGSS to Mamallapuram T.Pt/D01/CE/CW/2012 dated 22.5.2012, quash the same and further direct the respondents to release 15% of the contract amount withheld by the respondents and 2% of the security deposit retained by them to the petitioner within a stipulated time with appropriate interest.
