A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, Additional Public Prosecutor PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 174(3) Cr.P.C. @ 306, 498(A) of IPC in Crime No.602 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that on 12.02.2021 the marriage was solemnized between one Vayalvizhi and A1. After the marriage A1 to A6 all tortured and caused dowry harassment to the Vayalvizhi. Due to the dowry harassment committed by the above mentioned persons, the Vayalvizhi left the matrimonial house at that time she was three months pregnant. Thereafter she delivered a male child. After that the above mentioned person continuously demanded dowry, so that the above mentioned Vayalvizhi got mental agony and depression to the effect she consumed poison and committed suicide on 02.10.2021. Thereafter the defacto complainant lodged a complaint before the respondent police. Hence the complaint.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and they have been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the young child lost her mother. However, he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

5. Considering the allegations and the nature of the offences involved in this matter, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
