This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.18969 of 2022 dated 11.08.2022, passed by this Court to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30.a.m., and 05.30.p.m., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner along with his parents had filed Crl.O.P.6728 of 2017 to quash the proceedings. However, this Court while dismissing the petition, had dispensed with the personal appearance of the petitioner with exception to appear for receiving copies, for answering the charges and for questioning under Section 313 Cr.P.C.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and charge sheet has been filed in C.C.No.13 of 2017. 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

4. In view of the above, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.18969 of 2022 dated 11.08.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Coimbatore on 6th of October and, thereafter, on the dates fixed by the trial Court. (If 6th of October is a holiday, then the petitioner shall report before the trial Court on next working day).

5. With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
