This petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 490 days in representing the second appeals.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petitions are ordered subject to following condition:

"the petitioners/appellants is directed to pay a sum of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) each to the credit of "Chief Justice Relief Fund, High Court of Madras", on or before 05.09.2023".

3. Post the matter on 12.09.2023 for reporting compliance.
