ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 408 and 420 of IPC in Cr.No.1549 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant who is a distributor for TTK Company Ltd., and the petitioners' husband working as an agent for the said company, the petitioner's husband and the petitioner created fake invoice to the defacto complainant for a sum of Rs.21,65,480/- When the defacto complainant asked about the act, the petitioner's husband denied to settled the amount. Hence the complaint.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) raised objection stating that petitioner's husband created a face invoice for a sum of Rs.21,65,480/-. He further submits that the investigation is still pending. Hence, he vehemently opposed to grant bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the nature of offence committed by the petitioner and also considering the fact that the huge amount is involved in this case and the investigation is still pending which needs detailed investigation, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
