A.No.4225 of 2024 has been filed to implead the proposed respondents as respondents 13 to 15 in the abovesaid interim application in OA.No.1022 of 2016 in the above suit.

A.No.4226 of 2024 has been filed to implead the proposed respondents as respondents 13 to 15 in the abovesaid interim application in A.No.5968 of 2016 in the above suit.

A.No.4227 of 2024 has been filed to implead the proposed respondents as respondents 13 to 15 in the abovesaid interim application in the above suit.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents has no objection for allowing these applications.

4. Learned counsel for the plaintiff has made an endorsement stating that all these applications, the 15th respondent alone has not been pressed.

5. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these applications and in view of no objection submitted by the learned https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis counsel for the respondents, these applications are allowed.
