This petition has been filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Alandur, Kancheepuram District to conduct the trial and dispose the case in C.C.No.326 of 2021 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2.

Considering the limited request made by the petitioner, the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Alandur, Kancheepuram District is directed to dispose of the case in C.C.No.326 of 2021 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order, on condition that the petitioner shall appear before the trial court on all hearings without fail, if not already disposed of.
