This application has been filed to grant an extension of time by one month for executing a bond in the OP.No.547 of 2022 as per the order dated 24.04.2023 for which the certified copy was issued on 05.07.2023.

2. Heard the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3.Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, time is extended for a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
