This petition is filed to permit the petitioner to amend the cause title in the above writ petition as Sri Mathu Kongu Vaiyapuri Nadu Madalayam Paramarippu Sangam, represented by the Secretary, No.21F, Udumalai Bye Pass Road, Dharapuram, Tiruppur District 638656 instead of Sri Mathu Kongu Vaiyapuri Nadu Madalayam Paramarippu Sangam, represented by the Secretary Dr.V.Kandavel, No.21F, Udumalai Bye Pass Road, Dharapuram, Tiruppur District 638 656.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent have no objection for allowing the amendment petition.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the amendment petition is allowed.

4. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment.
