This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent to file final report in Crime No.570 of 2010 on the file of the respondent police. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the FIR was filed in the year 2010 and the petitioner approached the respondents on various dates to expedite the investigation but till now no action has been taken. Stating so, the learned counsel for the petitioner prayed for a direction to the respondent police to file final report within a stipulated time frame.

3.Mr.C.Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents.
