ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the respondent to settle the terminal benefits of the deceased father of the petitioner and also return the title documents in respect of the property standing in the name of the petitioner's father.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. The petitioner's father was an employee of the respondent. While he was in service, he died on 09.10.2009. However, the terminal benefits of the deceased employee has not been disbursed to his legal heirs.

4. The learned counsel for the respondent produced a written instructions, thereby directed the petitioner to produce all the original documents to proceed further necessary action at their end to disburse the terminal benefits.

5. Considering the above, the petitioner is directed to produce the

records sought for by the respondent, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the same, the respondent is directed to consider the claim of the petitioner forthwith.

6. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
