This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that she shall report before the XVIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for six months, by this Court in Crl.OP.No.16110 of 2024 dated 09.07.2024.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the learned XVIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet and the next date of hearing is 05.12.2024.

3.The condition imposed on the Petitioners in Crl.OP.No.16110 of 2024 dated 09.07.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned XVIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, on 05.12.2024 at 10.30 a.m., and thereafter, on the date to be fixed by the learned Magistrate. 4.With the above directions, this Petition is ordered.
