ORDER

Petition for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the respondents 1 to 3 on 22.08.2024 on the ground that the respondents obtained anticipatory bail threatening the defactocomplainant and her son. The written complaint to the Superintendent of Police, Erode, sent by the petitioner herein on 29.05.2025, reporting about the alleged threat. On the strength of the said complaint, the petitioner herein wants the bail already granted to be cancelled. 2.This Court is of the view that the respondent Police shall enquire the complaint of the petitioner herein and file report, if there is any case made out of threatening. Then, the same may be brought to the notice of the Court for necessary action. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is disposed. 13-08-2025 ep To
