2. Heard Mr.P.Parthikannan, learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant and Mr.G.Vasudevan, who takes notice on behalf of respondent-2.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed and the delay of 27 days in filing the above appeal in C.M.A.Sr.No.87087 of 2022 is condoned.

4. The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
