Mr.P.J.Rishikesh, learned counsel for the petitioner would state that notice in Na.Ka.No.0009/2022/A1 dated 21.12.2022 has not been received by the petitioner.

2. Mr.P.Anantha Kumar, learned Government Advocate would fairly state that the letter has been sent only by an ordinary post and no acknowledgment is available.

3. Hence, Block Development Officer (Panchayats) R4 in the Writ Petition is directed to issue a notice afresh to the petitioner as well as to the private respondents, arrayed as R7 to R12 in the Writ Petition fixing a date for hearing within a period of two (2) weeks from today and after hearing the petitioner as well as the private parties, orders shall be passed within a period of eight (8) weeks from date of first personal hearing, in accordance with law.
