ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed for the alleged disobedience of the orders of this Court dated 23.01.2023 made in W.P.No.1446 of 2023.

2. When the case is taken up for hearing Mr.M.Murali, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent has stated that the orders of this Court has been complied with. In support of his contention, he has produced the copy of the order passed by the Sub-Registrar, Tiruppur, dated 25.09.2023 along with the covering letter dated 27.09.2023.

3. In the said order dated 25.09.2023, the claim made by the petitioner for registration of the document in question having been considered was rejected and the reasons were adduced in the said proceedings.

4. In view of the same, since the order of this Court has been complied with, this contempt petition need not be pursuaded further, hence, it is closed.
