This contempt petition has been filed for the alleged disobedience of the order of this Court dated 27.02.2023 made in W.P.No.5760 of 2023. 1/4

2. Today when the contempt petition is taken up for hearing, Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondent, has stated that, the order of this Court has been complied with.

3. In support of his contention, he has produced a copy of the order passed by the respondent, i.e., District Registrar, Chengalpattu District in Na.Ka.No.2410/Aa3/2021, dated 30.08.2023.

4. Since the direction given by this Court has been complied with and the order has been passed, no further order is required to be passed in the Contempt Petition.
