ORDER

The contempt petition has been filed seeking to punish the respondents for having committed contempt of Court by disobeying the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.17813 of 2022 dated 01.06.2023.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner's representation has been considered and rejected on 06.10.2023.

3. As such the disobedience alleged may not be termed to be wilful in nature.

4. Recording the submission of learned Special Government Pleader, the Contempt Petition stands closed. In case the petitioner intends to challenge the order dated 06.10.2023, liberty is hereby granted to him to challenge the same as per law.
