These writ petitions have been filed for direction directing directing the Respondents to consider the petitioner's On-line Application dated 14.02.2024 and 05.02.2024 seeking to regularize the un-approved plots.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to pass orders on the applications submitted by the petitioner dated 14.02.2024 and 05.02.2024, seeking regularization of the un-

approved plots in T.S.No.38/15 to an extent of 4421 sq.feet in Block No 48, Ward AK, Ammapettai Village, Salem and in T.S.No.38/13 to an extent of 3728 sq.feet in Block No.48, Ward AK, Ammapettai Village, Salem, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, these writ petitions are disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
