ORDER
This Sub application has been filed to reopen the contempt petition No.1852 of 2022 which was closed on 24.11.2023 to direct the 2nd respondent to pay the contribution recovered from the salary of the petitioners towards the 'Contributory Pension Scheme' (CPS).
2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, submitted that the orders passed by this Court has been complied with and the contribution recovered from the salary of the petitioners towards the 'Contributory Pension Scheme' (CPS) has been arrived at and the same has been sent sent to the Pay and Accounts Officer for onwards credit to the respective ECS account of the petitioners and the amounts have also been credited to the individual account. He also produced letters dated 06.06.2025 and 23.06.2025 respectively, issued by The Director, Institute of Mental Health, to that effect.
3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional
