Since, the petitioner's son is studying in the Government school from 2012 onwards, the question of issuing direction does not arise.

2. However, the learned counsel appearing for the school would submit that the petitioner did not pay the school fees for 5th standard academic year, in spite of that, the school has permitted his son to complete the course.

3. Taking all these into consideration, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
