The petitioner has filed this petition to direct the respondent Bank to process and sanction the education loan application dated 29.07.2021 filed by the petitioner herein within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. The facts of the case are as follows:

The petitioner has completed her degree in Easwari Engineering College. She applied M.Tech Course and the course was offered to the petitioner by IIT, Hydrabad. She has to pay a fee for the two years at Rs.11,98,700/-, for which, she had https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

applied for an education loan on 29.07.2021 with the first respondent bank and till date, the application is not processed, the petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition before this Court for seeking appropriate relief.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court may issue a direction to the respondents 1 & 2 to consider the petitioner's application within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the first respondent to consider the petitioner's application dated 29.07.2021 on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders, if the petitioner is eligible, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, as per the RBI guidelines.

6. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
