ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.06.2023 with regard to registration of the company namely Sri Lakshmi Construction as a Third Class Register Contractor in the respondents herein.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. It is seen that the request made by the petitioner cannot be considered by the first respondent. It is the jurisdiction of the second respondent to consider the request of the petitioner to register the company as Third Class Register Contractor.

4. Therefore, the petitioner is at liberty to submit a fresh representation before the second respondent, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the same, the second respondent is directed to consider the same and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks thereafter.

5. With the above directions, this Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
