096) may be permitted to sell the 50% of the undivided share in the schedule property for a total sale consideration of Rs.1,35,00,000 (Rupees One Crore Thirty Five Lakhs Only) or such other sum of money, the property would fetch in the market, to any prospective purchaser and to deposit 50% share therein (belonging to the Bharathi Arunachalam, by way of Fixed Deposit with M/s.Indian Bank, High Court Branch, Chennai - 600 104; with an 1/5
order from the Hon'ble Court, c)To Permit the petitioner (C.S.Sundar) to withdraw interest thereof every-month for utilizing the same for the medical expenses of the aforesaid mentally ill person, i.e., Bharathi Arunachalam; and d) pass such other further order.

ORDER
The matter had been listed today, under the caption "for being spoken to" at the instance of the Registry seeking for a clarification of the order dated 14.02.2025. The said order permitted the O.P. to be withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate proceedings, but, however, a reading indicates the same to be a grammatical error in the
order. Hence, the following shall be deleted:- "Recording the same, the O.P. is permitted to withdraw with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate proceedings."
and replace the same with "Recording the same, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the O.P. with liberty to file appropriate proceedings."
