When this Criminal Original Petition was taken up, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation has already been completed in Crime No.182 of 2016 and the case has been closed by the respondent police as "undetected" on 25.09.2014 and the referred charge sheet was not served on the petitioner.

2.Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Additional Public Prosecutor is directed to serve a copy of the referred charge sheet to the petitioner.
