When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the Petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition with a liberty to workout the remedy in the manner known to law, after disposal of the pending SARFAESI proceedings. An Endorsement to the said effect was also made by the learned counsel for the petitioner in the Petition today.
