(Order of the Court was made by Dr.ANITA SUMANTH.,J.) Mr.N.L.Rajah, learned Senior Counsel appearing for Mr.K.R.Arun Shabari, learned counsel on record for the petitioners submits that the contesting respondents are R1, R2 and R18 and petitioners/appellants are giving up the other respondents.

2. Mr.Arun Shabari, learned counsel for the petitioners has made an endorsement to this effect.

Mr.Rajaji, learned counsel appearing for Mr.Karthik Seshadri, learned counsel on record for R1, Ms.Ambili, learned Deputy Official Liquidator for R2 and Ms.Rukmani.R.V., learned counsel appearing for Mr.Jeya Ganesh, learned counsel for R18 do not have any objection to the condonation of delay of 24 days in filing the Original Side Appeals.

4. Hence, and also for the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the delay of 24 days in filing the Original Side Appeals is condoned and the Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered.
