PRAYER : Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent, Tahsildar, Tindivanam to conduct any inquiry based on the representation dated 29.03.2016 given by the petitioner and to pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.
