ORDER

The petitioner has made a representation to the respondents 1 to 3 to consider his representation dated 25.07.2023 seeking to cancel the following documents on the file of the third respondent :

(1) Release Deed vide Doc.No.8418 of 2005 dated 19.12.2005

(2) Settlement Deed vide Doc No.7453 of 2016 dated 24.06.2016

(3) Settlement Deed vide Doc No.12657 of 2016 dated 28.10.2016

(4) General Power of Attorney Deed vide Doc No.14570 of 2016 dated 30.12.2016 and

(5) Sale Agreement vide Doc No.351 of 2017 dated 19.01.2017 2/4

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. In the light of the Judgment passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in M.Kathirvel Vs. Inspector General of Registration, reported in (2024) 4 CTC 769, the relief cannot be sustained.

4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
