ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the second respondent police not to harass the petitioner in connection with CSR No.80 of 2025 dated 12.03.2025 on the basis of complaint made by the fifth respondent herein.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the dispute between the parties is civil in nature and the respondent police is unnecessarily interfering with the same.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that based on the complaint, they summoned the petitioner. The petitioner also appeared for enquiry and on enquiry, it was found that the dispute is civil in nature and therefore, the complaint itself was closed.

4. Since the complaint itself has been closed, there is no question of harassment.

5. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed at the admission stage itself.
