2. Mr.Madhan Babu, learned counsel for the respondent appearing through Video Conferencing has no objection for allowing this application. He also submits that sufficient time may be granted for the Arbitrator to pronounce the Arbitral Award since earlier, the Arbitrator had attempted for mediation between the parties.

3. This Court has perused and examined the contents of the affidavit filed in support of the application and is satisfied with the reasons contained therein.

4. No prejudice would be caused, if six months time is granted for the Arbitrator to pronounce the Arbitral Award.
