This criminal original petition has been filed to call for the records in connection with FIR in Crime No.8 of 2022 dated 12.06.2022 on the file of the respondent police and quash the same.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the investigation was completed in Crime No.8 of 2022 and it has been closed as 'Mistake of Fact' and the closure report has also been filed before the concerned jurisdictional Court. It was further submitted that the RCS notice was also served on the defacto complainant in RCS.No.1 of 2023.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this criminal original petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
