O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 23.11.2021 and not to harass the petitioner without following due process of law.

2. The case of the petitioner is that he an advocate clerk, who stood as a witness to the registered Will on 17.07.2003. Now the respondent police, on enquiry called upon the petitioner and compelling him to give statement as though he knows everything about what had happened when the will was registered. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that as per the directions of this advocate the petitioner appeared before the registration office and stood as a witness and he is not aware of the circumstance in which the will was registered, on the contrary he is now forced to give statement by the respondent police.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that there is some dispute with regard to will and now the same is said to be forged. He further submitted that the petitioner was called for enquiry and he has never forced to give any statement by the respondents.

5.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
