2. Considering the fact that the sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the petition for condoning the delay. Hence the petition is allowed and the delay of 1449 days in paying the deficit Court fee in the SA.SR.No.105189 of 2018 is condoned.

3. The Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.
