This petition has been filed to implead the proposed respondent R.Shanthi, D/o.Raghavan, W/o.Pugazhendi, Residing at No.35-19, A.K.Samynagar, 6th Street, Kilpauk, Chennai 600 010 as the second respondent in Crl.RC.No.2402 of 2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this miscellaneous petition is allowed and the Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the aforementioned criminal revision case.
