ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 19.03.204, passed by this Court in W.P.No.7039 of 2024, thereby directed the respondent to consider the case of the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied and the Secretary of the College Committee passed order dated 20.05.2024 in Na.Ka.No.168/2013. He also produced a copy of the order dated 20.05.2024 before this Court. 3.

Recording the above submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent, this Contempt Petition is closed. Consequently, connected sub application is also closed.
