Writ petition has been filed under 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records of the first respondent in L.R.No.ID/ST/JBSEL/2002 and quash the impugned letter dated 30.01.2002 and to further direct the first respondent to issue a revised eligibility certificate to the petitioner treating their unit as a new unit to avail the benefit of IFST deferral scheme for 9 years as per G.O.Ms.No.500 Industries (MIG-II) Department dated 14.10.1990.
