PRAYER:

Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order in Na.Ka.No.27/2002 dated 03.05.2007 of the respondent and quash the same as illegal and unlawful and consequently direct the respondent to permit the petitioner to pay the balance sum of Rs.99,624/- in two equal instalments as has been originally granted.

ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this writ petition to quash the impugned order issued by the respondent in Na.Ka.No.27/2002 dated 03.05.2007.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
