This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in para No.10(b) against the Petitioner in Crl.OP.No.12030 of 2023 order dated 09.06.2023.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly and the matter is under investigation.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the Petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the Petitioner is directed to appear before the Respondent police, as and when required for interrogation.

4.With the above direction, this Petition is ordered.
