This Writ Petition challenges the sale notice. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner prays for time to get necessary instructions. However, this Court is not inclined to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

grant time for the reason that though very many opportunities have been afforded, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is unable to get instructions.

2. It is the submission of Mrs.Rita Chandrasekar for M/s.Aiyar and Dolia, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents that subsequently, sale took place and the sale deed also executed in favour of the third party on 04.12.2003.

3. In the light of the said development, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. Therefore, this Writ Petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
