ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 341, 294(b), 392, 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.357 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant had lodged a complaint before the respondent on 05.07.2021, the defacto complainant and his friend going to Vaniyambadi to Lala lake near by Nathaji Nagar Muthumarriyamman Kovil opposite suddenly two persons waylaid and demanded the money and robbed Rs.1400/- from the defacto complainant. Thereafter the petitioner abused him in filthy language and threatened the defacto complainant. Hence the complaint.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that 4 previous cases pending against the petitioner. Hence, he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the allegations and the nature of the offences involved in this matter and 4 previous cases pending against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
