ORDER

Today, this matter is listed under the caption "For reporting compliance".

2. It was submitted that the matter was settled between the parties.

3. Heard both sides.

4. As per the Settlement Agreement dated 21.08.2025, a sum of Rs.8,34,808/- has already been deposited by the appellant before the Joint Commissioner of Labour, Coimbatore in E.C.No.95 of 2018.

5. Today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the remaining amount as per the settlement agreement dated 21.08.2025 has been deposited. The claimants are permitted to withdraw the balance amount, which was deposited.

6. In view of the above, the order passed by this Court dated 18.09.2025 has been complied with, no further order is required to be passed in this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.
