This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.20155 of 2022 dated 24.08.2022 that the petitioners shall report before the Judicial Magistrate, Pennagaram daily at 10.30 am until further orders.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the conditions imposed as against the petitioners are totally relaxed. However, the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
