Mr.T.M.Pappiah, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondent and by consent of both sides, the main writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal. 2.The petitioner seeks for mandamus directing the respondent to consider his representation dated 30.06.2016 wherein and whereby he seeks for compensation for the lands acquired under the Land Acquisition Act, 1984.

3.The grievance of the petitioner is that though the other land owners were given compensation, he is not given the same till this date. This Court, at this stage, is not inclined to go into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, as he has already made representation to the respondent on 30.06.2016 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and the same is said to be pending. Therefore, it is for the respondent to consider the said representation and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law.

4.Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of only with a direction to the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 30.06.2016, also by giving due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and pass orders on the same, on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
