Prayer:- Habeas Corpus Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a Writ of Habeas Corpus calling for the entire records connected with the detention C.O.C.No.22/2025 on 10.06.2025 on the file of the Respondent No.2 and quash the same and direct the Respondents to produce the petitioner Cousin brother one named Ranjith S/o. Rajendran aged about 29 years now confined at Central Prison, Cuddalore before this Honble Court and set him at liberty forthwith. For Petitioner :

2. Learned counsel on both sides submit that the impugned preventive detention order has since been revoked (Advisory Board) vide proceedings dated 25.07.2025 bearing reference G.O.Rt.No.4717, Home, Prohibition and Excise (XV) Department.

3. In the light of the above submission, nothing survives in the above habeas corpus petition.

4. Accordingly, recording the above said submission, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
