Learned counsel brought to the notice of this Court that after passing the directions, in paragraph 7(i) to (iv), there was also one more direction, to dispose off the C.C. within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of the order. But, however, the same is not reflected in the order. This Court also recollects giving such direction.

Therefore, one more paragraph 7(v) is to be added in the original order. The paragraph 7(v), to be added, is as follows:

(v) The Trial Court is requested to take up the case and complete the Trial and dispose off the C.C.No.4345 of 2018 expeditiously in any event not later than six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

Note: Registry is directed to incorporate the said paragraph and issue fresh order copy.
