ORDER

The present criminal original petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.531 of 2016, now pending on the file of the third respondent to CBCID Police at Coimbatore.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the case in Crime No.531 of 2016, after completion of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

investigation, was referred as 'Mistake of Fact' vide RCS No.30 of 2016 dated 4.12.2016 and a copy of the RCS notice was also served on the petitioner.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the present criminal original petition is closed.
